Welcome to Desi Stack. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, courses, projects, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Desi Stack (desistack.co.in), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

Payments and Subscriptions

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment processing is handled securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Current pricing: Pro tier at ₹3,999/month, Premium tier at ₹5,999/month.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees and any additional purchases.
Refunds are only available for payment failures or duplicate payments through Razorpay, and must be requested within 7 days of the transaction. All other sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy before making a purchase.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your subscription until payment is received.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period (except for payment failures or duplicate payments within 7 days).

Access to Content

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased courses, projects, or subscription content.
Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise specified.
You may not share, redistribute, or resell access to any content, including source code.
We reserve the right to revoke access if you violate these terms or engage in unauthorized sharing.
Free content is available to all users. Paid projects require individual purchase or Pro/Premium subscription. Paid courses require individual purchase or Premium subscription.
Content access is tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another account.
Subscription access expires when your subscription ends. Individual purchases grant permanent access to that specific item.

Intellectual Property

All content on Desi Stack, including courses, projects, source code, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Desi Stack or its content creators and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without explicit written permission.
Source code provided with projects is licensed for personal use and learning purposes only. You may use it in your own projects, but you may not redistribute, resell, or claim it as your own work.
You may not use our content to create competing products or services.
You may not remove copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution from any content.
Trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the platform are the property of their respective owners.

User Content and Feedback

You may submit feedback, testimonials, or other content through our platform.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display your content for promotional and educational purposes.
You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit and any consequences of posting it.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Engage in any activity that could harm our reputation or business

Limitation of Liability

Desi Stack is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature (if available).
Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred before termination, including payment obligations.
We reserve the right to delete your account and data after a reasonable period following termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Platform and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Platform.
