When Refunds Are Available

Refunds are only available in the following specific circumstances, and must be requested within 7 days of the transaction:

1. Payment Failure (Within 7 Days)

If your payment fails or is declined by your bank/payment provider, and you are charged but do not receive access to the content, you may request a refund within 7 days of the failed transaction. You must provide proof of the payment failure and transaction details.

2. Duplicate Payment Through Razorpay (Within 7 Days)

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same item through Razorpay (e.g., clicking the payment button multiple times), you may request a refund for the duplicate transaction within 7 days. You must provide both transaction IDs and proof of the duplicate payment.

Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason.

When Refunds Are NOT Available

Refunds are not available for the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Individual project purchases (except for payment failure or duplicate payment)
  • Individual course enrollments (except for payment failure or duplicate payment)
  • Pro or Premium subscription plans (except for payment failure or duplicate payment)
  • Technical issues (we will assist with access issues instead)
  • Non-usage of purchased content
  • Requests made after 7 days of the transaction
  • Content not meeting expectations

Important: By making a purchase on Desi Stack, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final except for the specific circumstances mentioned above. Please ensure you have reviewed the course or project details, pricing, and features before completing your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the circumstances mentioned above, please follow these steps:

  1. 1.Contact us immediately (within 7 days) via email at support@desistack.co.in with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Transaction ID]"
  2. 2.Provide required information:
    • • Your transaction ID(s) from Razorpay
    • • Date and time of the transaction(s)
    • • Reason for refund (payment failure or duplicate payment)
    • • Screenshots or proof of the issue (payment failure notification, duplicate transaction receipts)
  3. 3.Review process: We will review your request within 2-3 business days and verify the eligibility based on the provided information.
  4. 4.Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note: Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider. Once a refund is processed, you will lose access to any content associated with the refunded transaction.
