Common Issues & Solutions

I can't access my purchased course/project

Make sure you're logged into the correct account. Check your dashboard to verify your purchase. If the issue persists, contact us with your order number.

My payment was successful but I don't have access

Payment processing can take a few minutes. Please wait 5-10 minutes and refresh your dashboard. If access still isn't granted, contact us with your transaction ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription from your dashboard. Go to 'Plan & Subscription' section to cancel. Note: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

I forgot my password

Use the 'Forgot Password' link on the sign-in page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
